I used texta to create the dark background of the sea where the Wobbegong shark lives. I drew the Wobbegong and its mouth tassels with crayons in colours that would blend into the reef where it lives. I used paint to create the light from the sun, shining on the shallow waters above the shark. I used dots to connect my artwork to the aboriginal people who named the Wobbegong - its name means shaggy-beard.
