This mixed media collage represents one of my many attempts to quell the piles of collected paper that pervade my home studio space. It was created with ‘rescued’ paper deconstructed and then reconstructed. My students have come to know such precious papers as ‘bits and bobs’ and ‘stash mash’. They too get to spark joy through the process of recycling and repurposing to create art.
