I was inspired by the beautiful native landscape we have here in Australia. When I am in nature I find myself feeling in awe and wonder of this beautiful country we live in. I painted the native Australian bottlebrushes with gouache as it tends to have a flowy and natural feel that can mimic the flora we have here in this country.
