A Whole New World!

Thank you very much for attending the Aladdin Jr Meet & Greet Workshops at your school. We were blown away by how many students turned up at every Parish school to show their interest in this production. We hope you had fun.

We are pleased to offer you a position in the combined St Agnes’ School Musical for this year.

We strongly encourage you to read the information below carefully and complete the permission form below.

 

Rehearsal Details

It is the expectation that students attend every rehearsal date listed.

WHERE: St Jospeh’s Regional College, Hall.

REHEARSAL DATES: See the dates listed on the Purple Rehearsal Schedule.

WHEN: Monday’s 4-6pm.

STUDENTS TO BRING: Afternoon tea, water bottle, appropriate rehearsal attire and footwear (active wear – sport uniform fine), $5 for afternoon tea stall (optional).

EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER: 0475 215 400

SUPERVISING STAFF: Steph Maddren, Tim Maddren, Amy Burrage, Katelyn Oppedisano. There will be additional rostered supervising staff during the bus transport of students and at rehearsals.

BUS SUPERVISION: Bus supervision will be provided by one to two staff per bus. Our supervisors will be selected from the list below.

TRAVEL DETAILS:  At the end of the school day, students will travel by bus from their respective St Agnes’ Parish School (with a supervising teacher)  to St Joseph’s Regional College. St Joseph Regional College students will remain supervised at school whilst waiting for buses to arrive.

Parents are to collect Students from Regional College promptly by 6.15pm.

 

Performance Details

WHEN: Time requirements and travel arrangements will be provided closer to the date.

Enrolment Fee

There is a subsidised Enrolment Fee of $70 per student.

Instructions on how to pay this enrolment fee will be sent next week.

This fee will help to subsidise scripts, showrights/licencing, props, sets, & most costumes. You may be required to provide some basic costume staples i.e. plain t-shirt & plain pants

 

COVID 19 Considerations

Precautions have been put in place to ensure that the health and safety of students and staff attending is of utmost priority. A COVID-19 Safety plan and a Risk Management Plan has been conducted for this event. Parents/Guardians have the opportunity, upon request, to receive a copy of these plans.
