I love to make marks with just about anything. I am forever drawing, painting, doodling - it is what I do. When I make marks I feel better, happy, content. Graphite has always been my go-to and high contrast images provide me with the inspiration I need. “The Girl” is a composite of the many faces I have interacted with over many years. She is vulnerable, inquisitive and gentle.
