"Misunderstood" is a mixed-media drawing of a shark swimming through the sea. I drew this artwork as I recently saw a clip of a shark swimming near a boat with the caption "Hungry for human blood!" and it made me think about how we are flooded with sensationalised photos and stories of how scary sharks are, when humans kill many more sharks than they kill humans. My drawing focusses on the beauty of the shark.
